CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

QQChess follows a strict no-refund policy for tournament registrations.

NO REFUND AFTER SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT.

Once a tournament registration payment has been successfully completed and verified, all fees are strictly non-refundable.

Once a tournament registration payment has been successfully completed and verified, the following charges are non-refundable:

  • Tournament entry fee
  • Accommodation charges
  • Meal charges
  • Any other registration-related charges included in the completed payment

Participant Verification Responsibility

Participants are therefore requested to carefully verify:

  • Tournament selection
  • Player details
  • Goa/Non-Goa status
  • Accommodation selection
  • Meal selection
  • Number of participants
  • Total payable amount

before completing payment.

Payment Failure

If a payment attempt fails and the transaction is not successfully completed or verified, the participant should not consider the registration confirmed.

If an amount is debited but the payment status is not successfully recorded, the participant should contact QQChess with the relevant transaction details for verification.
